Bosku.ai provides a software platform that enables businesses to manage their Google Business Profile, including automated AI-powered review responses, customer engagement tools, and business profile management features.

3. Account Registration

To use Bosku.ai, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Google Business Profile Integration

By connecting your Google Business Profile to Bosku.ai, you grant us permission to access, display, and manage your business information and customer reviews on your behalf. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant this access.

5. AI-Generated Content

Bosku.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to customer reviews. While we strive for accuracy and appropriateness, you are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before it is published. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be perfect and agree to monitor responses generated by our system.

6. Pricing and Payment

Bosku.ai is free for single-location businesses. For multi-location businesses, pricing is charged per outlet. Payment terms will be provided when you add additional locations. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the service; (d) use the service to transmit spam, malware, or malicious content; (e) violate any applicable laws or regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Bosku.ai, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and designs, are owned by Bosku.ai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Bosku.ai, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

Bosku.ai integrates with Google Business Profile and other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any third-party services or their content.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bosku.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of our services.

13. Warranty Disclaimer

Bosku.ai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of Bosku.ai after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Bosku.ai shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
