By accessing or using Bosku ("Service"), operated by PT Butter Teknologi Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Bosku is an AI-powered Google review management platform that helps businesses monitor, respond to, and analyze their Google Business Profile reviews. Our Service includes:

  • Integration with Google Business Profile
  • AI-generated review responses
  • Review monitoring and analytics
  • Multi-location management

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. AI Credits and Payments

Bosku operates on a credit-based system for AI-generated responses:

  • Free accounts receive a limited number of credits
  • Additional credits can be purchased through the dashboard
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Pricing is subject to change with notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate Google's Terms of Service or policies
  • Publish fake, misleading, or defamatory review responses
  • Attempt to manipulate or game review systems
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

6. Google Business Profile Integration

By connecting your Google Business Profile to Bosku, you:

  • Authorize us to access your business reviews and information
  • Confirm you have the authority to manage the connected profiles
  • Agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service
  • Acknowledge that we are not affiliated with Google

7. AI-Generated Content

Regarding AI-generated review responses:

  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving responses before posting
  • AI responses are suggestions and may require editing
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
  • You retain full responsibility for all content posted to your Google Business Profile

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by PT Butter Teknologi Group and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING IMPROVEMENTS TO YOUR GOOGLE RANKINGS OR RATINGS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PT BUTTER TEKNOLOGI GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PT Butter Teknologi Group from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
